A: You can sign up to the Hatley newsletter at the bottom of the Hatley website page. Once you have successfully input the required information, a welcome email with your 15% off regular priced items code will be sent to the email you have input.
Q: How to get code, and when do I get it?
A: The welcome email with your code can take up to 24 hours to be received in your email. Sometimes this email can land in your spam/junk folder.
Q: Is the promo codes for full Priced items only?
A: Yes, this 15% off code is for full priced items solely.
Q: Is their free Shipping for members?
A: Whether it is for a member or guest, their aren't any promo codes to hand out, including free shipping.

Q: Do you offer in store pick up?
A: Unfortunately, we don't yet have this option available. A purchase can either be made in store or through the website online.

Q: Are your products safe? Are they lead, PVC, and chemical free?
A: Hatley’s products (including rainboots) are lead, PVC, and chemical free, and do not contain any harmful chemicals or dyes. Our products are all tested for such harmful chemicals by Bureau Veritas that is world’s most reputable independent laboratory. Hatley’s products have all passed this testing.
Q: Are their any PFC or PFAS treatments done on your products?
A: There are zero PFC and PFAS treatments done on our rainwear products. Our rainwear is not made from woven fabrics but from polyurethane thus they are waterproof in their plastic non porous nature, so there is no need for any treatment at all.
Q: Are there any fire retardants on your products?
A: Our kids pjs aren’t treated with fire retardants. However, our kids’ robes and girls’ nightdresses are, as mandatorily requested by the governments of Canada and USA, in order to protect, and to pass the fire hazard test. Hatley’s products are all tested for harmful chemicals by Bureau Veritas which is the world’s most reputable independent laboratory, whose reports are accepted by Governments and by customers.
Q: Are your pj's form fitting?
A: Pjs are made to be form fitting to avoid the use of flame-retardant chemicals. Women's as well are made to be snug fitting. Our kids pjs aren’t treated with fire retardants. Q: Why does it say I can pay with Afterpay and I can’t?
A: Afterpay may appear as a payment option on our website, but it isn’t always available for every order. This can depend on a few factors, such as your location, the items in your cart, or eligibility requirements set by Afterpay.
If you’re not seeing Afterpay at checkout, it means it’s not available for that specific purchase at this time. We recommend double-checking that your shipping address is eligible and that your order meets Afterpay’s requirements.
